€2,800 – €4,000/month (Base Salary)
+ Uncapped Commission
+ Quarterly Bonus

What you'll be doing

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline in Switzerland
  • Prospect via calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
  • Run consultative sales conversations
  • Own the full cycle: from first contact to closing
  • Develop and grow long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (strong juniors also considered)
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
  • Strong hunter mindset, proactive and resilient

Languages:

  • French (C2)
  • English (C1)
  • German (B2) is a plus or strong Swiss market experience

Compensation structure

  • Base salary: €2,800 – €4,000/month
  • Uncapped commission: directly linked to performance
  • Quarterly bonus
